Summary
Full-Time Position – APAC / Europe
We are looking for an APAC-based Accounts Manager to be the primary point of contact for several APAC, Europe & ME customer accounts. You’ll need to work closely with customers’ marketing and sales team and our India-based delivery team to ensure clear communication and superior service.
Ultimately you will be accountable for keeping customers well-informed about our work on their behalf, and for keeping our delivery team well-informed about customer needs. The goal is to retain customers by demonstrating that we care as much about their success as they do.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will report to India delivery team leadership
- Be the primary point of contact for 15 APAC-based customer accounts
- Collaborate with delivery team to continuously improve the performance of our outbound prospecting campaigns run on behalf of customers
- Always know exactly where we stand with each customer, and have a point of view on how we can improve with each
- Improve on-boarding processes and implement success programs
- Mediate between customers and delivery teams
- Resolve customer requests promptly
- Drive weekly status calls to discuss strategies and communicate value from the program
- Minimize customer churn
- Increase wallet share by identifying challenges and recommending solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-8 years experience in a similar account manager role for a SaaS or services company
- Strong active listening skills and an aptitude for taking in, understanding, and synthesizing new information
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies
- Pays attention to detail and nuance
- Clear, concise oral and written communications
